Whether you’ve found haven in the hotel all day and cannot bear to drag yourself away, or you’re simply exhausted from a full day’s outdoors exploration, a light evening supper menu is available at the hotel.Served cold between 6.30pm and 7.30pm, guests are required to order in advance but can dine in the choice of their location such as the Dining Room or Terrace where a bottle of wine, cool breeze and slow sundown make the most perfect accompaniments.
Offering a range of restaurant-style meals prepared with fresh ingredients, the Tian of smoked salmon and Cornish crab, seared tuna steak, Thai chicken with pak choi and char-grilled Cornish beef fillet are classic examples from the range of delicious dishes available. Alternatively, the Greek feta cheese salad or Cornish Trelawny cheese and asparagus tart are equally as wholesome and filling for a supremely satisfying dining experience.
